Develop marketing strategies and systems for prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers in targeted markets
Research, analyze, interpret, and summarize industry trends, legislation, competitors, and technical developments that are likely to affect the business
Recommend strategies and performance standards and goals that ensure the continued growth and development of the business
Manage trade shows, sales conferences, advertising plans, expenditures, direct mail and advertising agency selection and use
Collaborate with other PACCAR divisions and departments to optimize performance, productivity and expense
Develop, promote, and manage product and market differentiation strategies, identity and image
Develop and manage training programs and tools for selected markets and campaigns
Develop and manage customer relations management tools, surveys and analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of programs in meeting goals
Deliver classroom training for internal and dealership personnel
Adapt and translate into Portuguese existing English-language product information
Develop and maintain training materials in electronic and print media
Manage all aspects of the training process, including travel, shipping of training materials, negotiation of classroom space and others as required
Communicate with field and dealership personnel to determine training needs for new and existing products
Coordinate involvement of other departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal) to design classroom support materials and training aids
Manage training budget including preparation of cost estimates and tracking against actual expenses

progressive marketing management experience. Experience in the financial services industry (transportation equipment financing) preferred
Degree in business administration with marketing experience. MBA preferred.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field
